We voted to join UNAC/UHCP!
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) are an essential and valuable resource to members of Kaiser Permanente.
In recent years, however, inconsistent practices surrounding our clinical work, working conditions, and compensation have become a growing concern.

We decided to unite, have a seat at the table, and work together with TPMG on the decisions that impact our future.

We are now UNAC/UHCP!
Cameron Cook, CRNA
CRNAs have been among the few at Kaiser without the security of a union, leading to subpar compensation, uncertain benefits, and inconsistent practices. It's high time we come together and forge a strong, transparent agreement with Kaiser to protect our pay, benefits, and working conditions. UNAC/UHCP is our way forward!
Regina Jowza, CRNA
I was initially hesitant to become a unionized healthcare professional due to my own misconceptions, but after researching UNAC/UHCP, I saw that our goals align. After nearly 7 years at Kaiser, I know having a voice is crucial for us to effectively advocate for ourselves and our patients. With UNAC/UHCP, we can make it happen.
Kevin Smith, CRNA
I believe in Kaiser Permanente's mission to provide high-quality, affordable healthcare. With 26 years of practice at Kaiser and my family's trust in their care, CRNAs have been integral to Kaiser's 75-year history. However, recent challenges in scope of practice, job security, and compensation have arisen. Many CRNAs, including myself, feel that forming a union with UNAC/UHCP is necessary to address these challenges. Through collective bargaining, we can work together with Kaiser to achieve our shared goals for success.
Sanne Jacobsen, CRNA
Within the diverse landscape of our practice across the region, one undeniable thread unites us: a shared commitment to our profession and the well-being of our patients. Join UNAC/UHCP, where your voice becomes our collective strength, advocating for both ourselves and those we serve.
